One man has been arrested for a fatal stabbing that took place in downtown Kelowna on Oct. 9, 2022.
Tyler Sutter, 43, has been charged with second-degree murder for stabbing and killing Devon Foster in the 1300-block of Water Street.
Sutter was arrested on Friday, Oct. 4, and remains in custody.
He will soon be brought before the courts.

Laura Pollock, Kelowna RCMP media relations officer. "This investigation is now with the BC Prosecution Service, as such, the RCMP will not be providing any further details."
Foster was from the Shuswap area. A was created for his family soon after his death.
