The Sicamous Legion is serving fun on the rocks with its upcoming curling event.
The Annual Funspiel is returning to the Sicamous Curling Club and looking for players, both teams of four and individuals who will be paired with a group, to get swept away on Friday, Feb. 28 and Saturday, March 1. Costumes reflecting a team theme are encouraged.
The cost is $44 per person, plus $5 for each Calcutta, with the registration fee including a dinner on the Saturday night, though an extra plate for a spouse not curling is an additional $20. Curlers are are also asked to bring a re-gift item for the prizes.
Registration is available at the Legion or Curling Club and must by done by Friday, Feb. 21. For any questions or further information contact the Legion directly.
