Affordable and available quality child care programs will help us move toward becoming a more attachment informed community, that has 91裸聊视频渁 return on investment higher than anything the stockmarket has to offer,91裸聊视频� as said by Nobel prize winning economist James Heckman and supported by business leaders such as Art Rolnick (see his Ted Talk!) and Charlie Coffey, a retired Royal Bank of Canada executive.
My work as a foster parent demands that we inform ourselves of the role of attachment and the economic costs to not acting on this information. Single parents are so vulnerable and this child care reform will be a stepping stone. So needed.
