With the current process of removing provincial exams from end-of-year tests, many teachers are also feeling the stress of getting final exams prepared for their students.

Schools across the province are in the midst of a change to a new provincial curriculum, including cancelling year-end provincials to make room for different forms of more modern assessments. The decision to start to remove provincial exams has left many parents and students alike concerned on how coming-up students will prepare for college and university entrance exams.

Many teachers are adamant in saying not to worry.

Another grade 11 student at KSS, Cierra Holloway, sees the more positive side of ending her school year.
