Re: West Kelowna referendum: Count till you get it right.
The reaction of the West Kelowna city council to the results of the civic hall referendum (possible recount, etc.) is strange. It reminds a sad joke from North Korea: 91裸聊视频淚t is not important how people vote, what is important how votes are counted.91裸聊视频�
In my professional career (I91裸聊视频檝e worked for the United Nations for many years) I advised governments in eastern Europe and Africa. I can assure you that, though it seems that such campaigns are about figures and calculations, at the end it is about trust.
And the city council shall be concerned not about the results of the referendum but about a 91裸聊视频渘o-confidence91裸聊视频� vote from half of the voters.
