A Kelowna woman and a local organization have been recognized by the Heritage BC Awards for their roles in heritage-related work.

The Kelowna Italian Canadian Club was recognized for La Nostra Famiglia Italiana Projects: Our Legacy and The Casorsos: La Prima Famiglia Documentary in the category of education and awareness.

Individually recognized is Susan Diane Campbell for her outstanding volunteerism.

91裸聊视频淪usan91裸聊视频檚 impressive work on the Kelowna and District Genealogical Society Cemetery Recording committee will make Central Okanagan history more accessible for future generations,91裸聊视频� said Dack. 91裸聊视频淲e recognize that through her tireless work of recording graves over the course of 15 years, Susan created opportunities for knowledge sharing and learning about local history91裸聊视频�.

The Kelowna Italian Canadian Club and Campbell received the awards during a ceremony in Nelson on May 2. A total of 21 awards were presented to groups and individuals across the province.
