Pamela Anderson made her way 91Ƶfrom one garden to the next91Ƶ as she took to the red carpet for her first Met Gala this week.

The Ladysmith celebrity was widely complimented for her look at the Metropolitan Museum of Art fundraiser Monday, May 6, in New York City.

The evening91Ƶs dress code was 91ƵGarden of Time91Ƶ and Anderson wore a custom fawn-coloured crinkled chiffon gown with micro pleating by Oscar de la Renta.

The designer91Ƶs co-creative director Fernando Garcia wrote in a social media post addressed to Anderson that she is beautiful inside and out.

91ƵTaking you to the Met was nothing short of magic, the kind of magic you find in fairytales with tinkerbells,91Ƶ he said. 91ƵAllowing us so much trust made us give you the embodiment of your current state of mind: free and happy. The memory of this night is indestructible, just like you.91Ƶ

Anderson91Ƶs look was completed with jewelry by Pandora, makeup by Pat McGrath, hair by Orlando Pita and a faux feather wreath by Noel Stewart.

Pandora posted on social media that custom lab-grown diamond necklaces draped over Anderson91Ƶs shoulders were meant as an 91Ƶeffortless, organic look,91Ƶ a custom hair pin was inspired by the idea of a butterfly landing on her, and a brooch on her waist was reminiscent of dew drops.

91ƵWith a mix of vintage and modern touches, the entire look is inspired by the elements of nature Pamela loves most in her garden,91Ƶ the jeweller posted.

Anderson shared videos on social media of her running through the museum and also through Central Park after the event.

91ƵFrom one garden to the next,91Ƶ she posted.

The gala marked the opening of the museum91Ƶs Costume Institute91Ƶs spring exhibition, 91ƵSleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.91Ƶ The benefit, under the leadership of Met trustee Anna Wintour, has raised more than $220 million for the department over the years, according to a museum press release.
