Halloween arrived early in Salmon Arm with the successful return of Spooktacular at R.J. Haney Heritage Village and Museum.
This was the 25th year for the event, held Oct. 21 and 22, and was well attended both days. It was also the first Spooktacular at Haney since 2019.
