I91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™ve been involved with journalism on Vancouver Island for more than 30 years, beginning as a teenage holiday fill-in at the old Cowichan News Leader. Following university, I joined the Cowichan Valley Citizen, then moved to the Nanaimo Daily News, finishing there as managing editor. I91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™m currently the editor of the PQB News and Vancouver Island Free Daily, as well as hosting a variety of Black Press Media podcasts.
