Roxie Washington, the mother of Floyd91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s daughter, Gianna, has decided to move forward with suing Ye.

The action comes in response to Ye91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s comments on 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ˜Drink Champs91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™ alleging Floyd died as a result of pre-existing conditions and fentanyl use.
