Kelowna's Crystal Garcia is offering her musical talents this Valentine's Day to help spread love across the city. 

From 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, Garcia is available to hire for singing telegrams. 

"I've always just thought that they are really cute," Garcia said. "I've been a singer for a really long time and want to get out in the public eye. I thought it would be a great opportunity to do it in a more intimate setting."

The idea is for people to pick a song that means something to them and their loved ones, share the location you want it sent to, and Garcia will show up to sing acapella and share your message of love to whomever you choose. 

The singer said she has a musical theatre background and a wide vocal range, meaning no song is off limits but love song ballads are her favourite genre to sing.
