Goalie Brodan Salmond will join the WHL's Kelowna Rockets this week.

The Kelowna Rockets have added goaltender Brodan Salmond to their roster for the remainder of the WHL season.

Salmond, 17, has been playing with the Camrose Kodiaks of the AJHL this season where he has posted an 11-6-0-0 record and a 3.02 goals against average in 20 games played as a rookie.

The Rockets made the move as starting netminder Jackson Whistle continues to rehab from injury.

91裸聊视频淛ackson hasn91裸聊视频檛 come along as fast as we had hoped and we continue to assess his recovery,91裸聊视频 said Hamilton. 91裸聊视频淭his is an insurance move on our part to bring another goaltender into our organization.91裸聊视频

Michael Herringer has played 12 straight games in goal for Kelowna since Whistle was first sidelined.

Brady Lenardon, from the Kelowna junior B Chiefs, has been serving as backup since but hasn't seen any action.

Salmond was a 10th round draft pick of the Rockets in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft. A 5-foot-11, 180 pound native of Calgary, Salmond joins the Rockets as an affiliate player.

91裸聊视频淎s a 17-year-old Brodan has done everything we91裸聊视频檝e asked him to do this season,91裸聊视频 said Camrose Coach/GM Boris Rybalka. 91裸聊视频淗e has a tremendous work ethic, his compete and battle level is very high and he has a great attitude. I think he91裸聊视频檚 going to come to Kelowna and push their goaltenders and help them have success.91裸聊视频

Salmond is expected to arrive in Kelowna on Wednesday.
