Kelowna Chiefs down 3-1 in opening round series

Chiefs need to win on Friday night to keep their season alive

Tuesday night wasn91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™t the Kelowna Chiefs91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™ night as they91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™re now on the brink of elimination from the KIJHL playoffs.

After falling 7-1 to the Princeton Posse on Feb. 27 at Rutland Arena, the Chiefs are down 3-1 in their first round series.

Aidan Morcom scored the Chiefs lone goal, his second of the playoffs. Jacob Shtaif and Fraser Davis collected the assists.

Brendan Smith made 29 saves in the loss.

Game five of the best-of-seven series takes place on Friday night (Mar. 1) back in Princeton.
