PHOTOS: Butterfly run in Kelowna raises awareness about pregnancy, infant loss

The first annual event raised more than $28,000

The second annual Butterfly Run happened in Kelowna on Saturday morning (Oct. 5) to raise awareness for infertility, pregnancy loss, and infant loss.

91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ‹Starting at City Park, participants either walked three kilometres or ran five.

All proceeds raised from the event go towards local initiatives and the BC Women's Health Foundation. 

When the race finished back at City Park, everyone got to enjoy local entertainment, food trucks, kids zone, community booths and vendors, and more.

The first annual event in 2023 raised more than $28,000.
