For the first time ever, KCR is hosting a gala dinner and we welcome the community to join us as to celebrate culture and to raise funds for the incredible programs that KCR offers to meet the community, family and individual needs.
The evening will also offer heart-warming, full-circle moments of impact shared by participants of KCR and an amazing international feast curated by Chef Neil Martens and his 19 Okanagan culinary team, with the support of Peter91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Your Independent Grocer. Delicious bites will include Tinga Chicken Tostada, Madras Curry, Beef Bourguignon, Israeli Couscous and Filipino Adobo.

The gorgeous event space at 19 Okanagan Grill + Bar will be further transformed by CC Roa and her team from who were inspired to partner with KCR to support migrant workers who were displaced after the 2023 fires and want to continue to give back to the community.

Kelowna Community Resources Society (dba KCR Community Resources) has been providing services to the Central Okanagan since 1983. Our mission is to foster diversity, collaboration and resourcefulness by tailoring services to meet community, family and individual needs. With a participant-centred approach, and a values and equity-based lens, we offer programs through four core competency pillars: Immigrant Services, Employment Services, Community Services and Family & Adoption Services.
