As the holiday season approaches, many Canadians are facing increased mental health challenges. Approximately 52 per cent of individuals struggle with their mental health during this time of year, according to Statistics Canada.

Recent studies indicate a significant decline in overall mental health, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. 91裸聊视频淲hen we look at the results of a national report, it91裸聊视频檚 clear that mental health in Canada is three times worse than before the pandemic,91裸聊视频� Gawliuk adds.
